Best Ummah

Allah says of Muslims:

You are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma'rûf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden), and you believe in Allah……

(Quran 3: 110)

That is, only if we follow Islam the best we can. If we don't even spare an effort to get to know Allah, His prophets, and our own religion, then we are no better than the Unbelievers. Take heed. I write this for myself and to all my brothers and sisters in Islam. May Allah guide us to the straight path, InsyaAllah.
