In The Name of Allah, The Most Compassionate, The Most Merciful
Holy Qur'an 67:1-2
Blessed is He in Whose hand is the Sovereignty, and He is able to do all things; Who hath created life and death that He may try you, which of you is best in conduct; and He is the Mighty, the Forgiving.

Today is my last day in Flextronics. Got lots of emails from colleagues wishing me luck, and getting my contact details. Took a bunch of photos with friends, and most dearly, with my dearest department mates. My boss Oliver Tan is also leaving, and today is also his last day here. So today is a double mourning session :(
Last afternoon, I drove home after work. At about 3 km prior to reaching my home, there was this Malay lady with a couple of her kids inside a car waiting to turn right from a junction on my left. I drove along the stretch not expecting the lady to stuff her car's nose in front of me all of a sudden - I was only about 10 meters from the junction so I thought she should be able to see me quite clearly. Well, most drivers should, anyways.
This morning, it rained somewhat heavily, but somehow, there was a certain serenity about everything. When I got off for work, the journey was calming and peaceful with only a small number of vehicles on the road. I drove moderately fast to enjoy the full view of the beatiful surroundings. I loved the way the water droplets formed themselves on my car's windshield.
